PlotTech - December 25'

You're not the only one who's building...

👀 The rumours are true…

After three years of working side-by-side with some of the UK’s best housebuilders, listening to site teams, technical managers, and directors alike — we’re building something new.

In 2026, PlotTech will launch a brand-new system 🚀

Not because the old one didn’t work — but because we’ve learned so much from the way you use it every single day.

This next chapter is shaped directly by our community: real sites, real constraints, real workflows.

🏠 Everything under one roof…

All brought together in one unified PlotTech system.

  • No more jumping between tools./

  • No more fragmented views of the same plot.

  • No more “that’s in the other app”.

🔍 What this means for you…

Let’s be clear: your processes don’t change.

The app will still do what it does best — helping site teams capture the right photos, at the right time. What does change is what happens around that:

  • Faster navigation 🏃‍♂️

  • Fewer clicks, fewer dead ends 👆

  • Clearer insight into what’s been done — and what hasn’t 📊

  • A more intuitive experience across mobile and web

We’re not reinventing the wheel.

We’re making it smoother, simpler, and easier to use on busy sites.

🗓️ When is this all happening?

We’ll say this once and mean it: We won’t launch it until it’s ready.

The new PlotTech system is going through rigorous internal testing, real-world validation, and plenty of challenge from our own team before it ever reaches site.

That said — we’re on track for March 2026 📆

And we’ll be sharing more as we get closer.

🔥Hot Tips for the Everyday🔥

❌ Keep an eye on rejection comments.

We don’t always get every photo right, thats why we allowed for comments to be made on every photo when a rejection is received. Take a look below each photo set to find the logs.

Every rejection will receive a guiding comment to resolve

⏱️ See “time in review” with our latest changes to the PlotBREL Web Portal Dashboard.

Switch between each status in the dashboard

NB: In Review & Rejected does not apply to those who do not use our SAP Flow

  • “In Review” → photos that are with your assigned SAP assessor for review.

  • “Rejected” → rejected photos, post review that require a new image.

  • “Not Complete” → photo’s that have been taken but not marked for review.
