📶 Improvements to Offline Mode.

Last month we told you about the upcoming changes to PlotSnag, and a big overhaul to our offline capability across Android & iOS devices, which will be available for upgrade early next week.

Today we have a manual feature 🔄 in place meaning that you can always ensure to keep your data in sync with the cloud.

But following the upgrade all sync’s on PlotSnag will be done automatically so you no longer need to worry about performing a manual sync.

Some top tips to remember…

1️⃣ Ahead of the upgrade, try to regularly sync 🔄 your data.

2️⃣ If you find yourself logged out post upgrade and have forgotten your password, watch our short video to get straight back in.

3️⃣ Log into the app whilst online/with signal. After that you are good to roam.

If you haven’t spent the whole of August on Holiday, you may have noticed, some changes already this month…

💨 Improved layout in the PlotSnag webportal, getting you to snags quicker.

📸 Ability to view larger images of snags in app, making sure the photo is the right one for the job.

📝 Updated the Snag capture form, allowing you to switch snag types as you are editing rather than deleting and starting again.

📧 Introduced a new sender email to keep track of every report you send to your trades.

• Track which Plot/Site report was sent.

• Track date/time the report was sent.

• Track which emails received the report.

• Receive your own copy of the report.
