As a community, we did some pretty great things…

Another year down and PlotTech entering a 3rd year of existence, we thought now was a great time to look back on some big moments in 2024. After all, it was a record year for us and we need to say thank you!

• 📈 Activity across all Platforms went through the roof, ⬆️ 1000%.

• ✅ 9 out of every 10 Part L photo reviews were approved first time.

• 📸 Over 3,200+ Part L Photo reviews were completed on PlotBREL.

• 👷‍♂️ We welcomed our 20th House builder to the Platform.

• 🚀 We reduced the average review time from Site to SAP to < 3 Days.

• 💷 We reviewed our pricing, starting from £65 per site p/m for unlimited usage.

But we know it wasn’t great all of the time…

Like many we had our challenges in 2024, particularly as we looked to improve our offline capability for better to help you keep going for longer no matter the circumstances. We will always endeavour to provide you the best service possible 100% of the time, sometimes doing hard things hurt, but we don’t take this lightly.

So what does this mean for 2025?

• 🏠 Doubled down on Housing : we only ever build for House Builders.

• 👷‍♂️ More time on site: feel free get in touch with us for site visit.

• 📊 A renewed focus on data: we want you to show you what you’re tracking.

• 🍳 Even more simplicity: everything under one roof did you say?

• 🤩 Relevant Capability: less noise and more capability, only when needed.

Top Tips to remember…

1️⃣ Try to regularly sync your data by using our manual sync button 🔄 in app.

2️⃣ If you find yourself in bad signal, you can always switch to flight mode ✈️.

4️⃣ Only log into the app whilst online/with signal. After that you are good to roam.

5️⃣ Look out for the dots, 🔴 🟠 🟢 these show up when there’s something to sync.
