PlotTech Monthly - Mar 25'

Some big changes in our latest PlotBREL upgrade.

Some big changes are afoot in our latest version of PlotBREL (2.6.0), upgrade your app today so you don’t miss out.

  1. Save photos directly to your device.

  2. See a snapshot of key items that remain in status.

  3. Edit sections previously marked for review.

  4. Archive your sites.

📸 Save photos to your device with PlotBREL.

It’s not quite the moon-landings, but you can now save photos directly to your device when capturing through the app. Each photo includes a watermark showing the plot and section. Just head to Account Settings > in your app and toggle it on 👇.

🚨🚨 Highly recommended for users in area of poor signal. 🚨🚨

You can find this in your settings, switch the toggle to the right to turn on.

⏱️ See “time in review” with our latest changes to the PlotBREL Dashboard.

Nearly 10,000 photos have been captured through PlotBREL, so we’ve upgraded the Dashboard to help you focus on what matters. You can now filter photos by status: In Review, Rejected, and Not Complete. You will also be able to see how long (no. of days) it has been in that status.

Switch between each status in the dashboard

NB: In Review & Rejected does not apply to those who do not use our SAP Flow

  • “In Review” → photos that are with your assigned SAP assessor for review.

  • “Rejected” → rejected photos, post review that require a new image.

  • “Not Complete” → photo’s that have been taken but not marked for review.

📝 Edit a stage and re-send.

We don’t always get it right first time, you can now edit and re-send items in review without restarting the review cycle. But remember, once an item is approved and marked complete, it can no longer be changed.

Send for review can now be toggled on/off to allow for edits and photo changes.

💾 Archive Sites

You can now archive sites in the PlotBREL web portal, hiding them from the app while securely storing all data for future access. This reduces clutter for site users by removing unnecessary site details.

Find the archive button in your webportal when you select a site.
