Community Update — Spring 2026
PlotTech v3 is taking shape.
It's been a heads-down few months for the team. Here's a look at where we are, what we've built, and what's coming next.
What we've been building
A ground-up rebuild of PlotTech
We made the decision early on that v3 couldn't be a patch job. The housebuilding industry deserves tools built specifically for how sites actually run — not retrofitted project management software. So we started from scratch.
That means a completely new mobile app, a redesigned web portal, and a proper foundation that lets us move faster as the platform grows. Here's what's new:
▲ Rebuilt Offline Mode
▲ Realtime Sync
▲ Smarter Notifications
▲ Dashboard & Analytics
▲ Cleaner Photo Capture
▲ All under 1 Roof
Key highlights
Three modules, one workflow
The biggest change you'll notice in v3 is that Energy (BREL), Fire and Quality (Snagging) will now live under a single, unified task structure. No more switching between disconnected apps. Every plot gives you a rolled-up view of outstanding items across all three areas, so nothing falls through the cracks.
We've also rebuilt how photos are captured and stored. The new camera flow is faster, more reliable, and works works more efficiently in low-connectivity site conditions. Offline mode has been rearchitected from the ground up — you can capture, annotate, and assign tasks without a signal, and everything syncs instantly when you're back online.
Completion tracking now gives you real-time visibility on where each plot stands. Whether you're on site or in the office, you'll see exactly what's done, what's outstanding, and what's blocking handover.

Where we are
The road to site
We won't sugarcoat it — we've taken more time than we would like. But we'd rather ship something brilliant than rush something average. Here's how we're tracking:

April
The finish line — real users on real sites by end of April, ironing out the last details before we open the doors to everyone.
We won't leave anyone behind. Every member of our community will receive a planned migration window to transfer all historic data and bring your team up to speed.
What's next
We'll keep you posted
We know the wait's been longer than expected, and we appreciate your patience. The good news: what's coming is game changing for the industry.
Expect another update from us soon with confirmed timelines for on-site testing. In the meantime, if you've got questions or just want a preview call, hit reply — we'd love to chat.
