Most months we try to bring you something new, and for our PlotFire Subscribers we’ve got something for you.

Firstly, we tackled the web portal.

• Apart from a new look & feel and some boring bits behind the scenes, we’ve introduced capability that allows you take a quick snapshot against all plots in progress and see how each of them are fairing against completion.

• Data is available in the CSV download, you can run your own analysis as needed.

• Our Fire reports have had a tidy up too, take a moment to check them out today.

Secondly, we went after the mobile app.

• Upgrades to our offline functionality, meaning you can continue to capture site photos in the most remote of locations.

• Enhanced geotag location tracking, we’ve refined how we capture this per photo for a more accurate location capture*

  *note this can be subject to signal strength depending on device.

We often talk about how important it is to get the simple things right on site every time, this is why in addition to the automatic sync capability you can also manually trigger a sync to ensure you have the latest data right in your device.

Top Tips to remember…

1️⃣ Try to regularly sync 🔄 your data.

2️⃣ If you find yourself in an area of bad signal, you can always switch to flight mode ✈️ for a cleaner experience whilst capturing images.

3️⃣ Utilise the swipe down refresh on all pages to make sure you always see the latest info.

4️⃣ Only log into the app whilst online/with signal. After that you are good to roam.
