Last month we made a big overhaul to our offline capability across Android & iOS devices, which wasn’t always straight forward. Some of our users reported problems:

• Out of date status updates.

• Reports being sent without the latest images.

We know how important it is to get the simple things right on site every time, this is why in addition to the automatic sync capability you can also manually trigger a sync to ensure you have the latest data right in your device. Download the latest versions of PlotSnag & PlotBREL today.

Top Tips to remember…

1️⃣ Try to regularly sync 🔄 your data.

2️⃣ If you find yourself in an area of bad signal, you can always switch to flight mode ✈️ for a cleaner experience whilst capturing images.

3️⃣ When sending a report, wait for a sync to complete first on your plot to make sure all the photos are being sent.

4️⃣ Utilise the swipe down refresh on all pages to make sure you always see the latest info.

5️⃣ Only log into the app whilst online/with signal. After that you are good to roam.
