Problems with Sync on PlotBREL

🌟 Support Note
We are aware of reports in some cases of sync issues where photos taken via the PlotBREL app have been captured but not completing the cycle to the web portal. This is not a widespread issue and we believe related to a state between offline and online capabilities due to intermittent site signal. Whilst we will continue to investigate to improve the behaviour, the below steps can be taken to refresh the state if items in review are not being seen by the portal.
First, check your connection:
  1. Ensure you have a good signal or wifi connection

  2. Use the Manual refresh button in the app to perform a sync

  3. Close & reopen the app completely.

If a photo appears "stuck" in review, you can refresh it by:
  1. Unchecking the “send for review” toggle on the photo page

  2. Save to update the status

  3. Return to the same photo page and re-check the “send

    for review”

  4. Save the page again to update this back to “In Review”

Find this on every photo capture page where SAP review is enabled for site.

Our app and webportal are designed to sync in real time, but connection issues can sometimes cause delays, this can force the refresh.

In your settings - discover our Save to Photos option, this will allow you to make sure that you can always return to photos at a later date in your devices photo album.

You can find this in your settings, switch the toggle to the right to turn on.
