PlotSnag Availability issues.

🌟 Support Note
We have received reports from some of our users who were unable to log into the PlotSnag application this morning.
Cause:

We have traced the root cause of this to our server provider who encountered an outage resulting in a knock on impact to our services. We can confirm that service has now been resumed to normal.

Next Steps:
  1. Please retry the login to the PlotSnag app and contact us if you have any issues.

  2. For snags captured this morning (Tuesday 13th January) please check to ensure photos still exist on the app as expected to verify that no data has been lost from this morning.
